Sports Medicine Physician

Dr Pui San is a Sports Medicine Physician based in Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar, Seremban (HTJS). She graduated from International Medical University (IMU) in 2006 and subsequently completed her Masters In Sports Medicine in University Mlalaya (UM) in 2015. She has been an avid endurance sports enthusiast after housemanship, participating in many local and overseas marathons, ultra marathons, completing multiple countless Olympic distance triathlons, multiple half ironman distance triathlons and 1 full Ironman distance event. Subsequent burnt out from over enthusiasm in endurance sports, she then started down the rabbit hole of strength training & powerlifting. She is a strong proponent for exercise & movement, believes in lifestyle management for sports injury risk reduction, and thinks that meditation & good sleep are overly underrated.
